Briget Castaneda is the Founder and Chief Operation Officer of Silver Shield Workplace Solutions, bringing more than 30 years of experience in people operations and 26 years of deep HR and compliance leadership to organizations across California and Nevada. She is a trusted strategic advisor to employers navigating complex regulatory environments, workforce growth, and risk management.
Over the course of her career, Briget has assisted organizations in automotive, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, big-box retail with multi-state operations. She specializes in supporting small and medium-sized growth-stage organizations and family-owned businesses as they create compliant and resilient workplaces.
Mona Ameri

A Lifetime of Service, A Global Perspective
Mona Ameri’s journey to co-founding Silver Shield Workplace Solutions is defined by a unique and diverse global background. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree as her foundation, Mona has spent decades navigating the complexities of human behavior and business management across multiple industries and continents.
Her career began in Nursing, where she mastered the essentials of care and crisis management. She later transitioned her passion for service into the culinary arts as a Chef, working internationally and refining the art of high-end hospitality. Today, she translates those years of high-stakes experience into the world of Human Resources, where "hospitality" meets "strategy."
